The Way to Healthy Veins is Through the Stomach

High cholesterol is linked to arterial plaque buildup, which could lead to varicose veins and much more. Legumes, seeds, nuts, and whole grains, as well as most vegetables, are high in fiber.
- Niacin, a B-vitamin, has clot-inhibiting characteristics and also promotes flexibility and durability in veins. Niacin-rich foods include sunflower seeds, mushrooms, green peas, tuna, and turkey.
